I have battled this problem my entire life, and finally won the battle 5 years ago, and have maintained an organized home ever since. I am an expert in squalor levels 1 through 4, and how to reclaim your living space one step at a time. I have first hand experience in the shame and humiliation we put ourselves through in being messy, and have easy, concrete steps anyone can follow, with any level of fitness, in order to gain control over the mess!
