I co-founded and operated a bird rescue organization in 1996. We take in injured, ill and neglected pet birds, rehabilitate them and rehome them. I also have my RVT license and have worked in avian medicine since 1994. I have treated many birds for many different illnesses and have a deep love and respect for the many different species I've had the privilege to work with.
