Throughout my life I have had dogs as members of the family. Currently, Honey Bunny adds meaning to my existence; she is a Pit Bull that I rescued in January 2008. My previous exposure to the bully breed was via my "nephew"; after meeting him I fell in love with the breed. Since that time, approximately 5 years ago, I have dedicated myself to becoming an educated and responsible dog owner and breed advocate.

I have a website www.HoundLife.com that has been up and running since October 2007 which covers a variety of topics including: dog rescue and adoption, behavior and training, cleaning tips, medical, nutrition, accessories, seeking homes, ways to help and additional information categories. I have recently started a nonprofit, BullyWag, Inc. and I am currently working on it's website. I write on Helium, most of which is dog-related. Honey Bunny is a graduate of PetSmart's Beginner Training class.
