I started servicing aquariums and ponds in 1978 while I was working at an independent retail store.I then went on to work at a wolesale distributor and then later opened 2 retail stores.I have always done aquarium maintaince during that time.The fish industry today is ever changing and I stay intune to what is going on.I have fixed thousands of problems over the years,some from lack of knowledge and a lot from bad advice.I make aquarium keeping simple and easy to do.I have over the years helped people that are complete beginners,never kept fish before, set up freshwater and saltwater aquariums all sizes in thier homes and offices,even ponds.I take the idea that every tank is a custom tank that reflects your owne personality.Every one wants thier fish to stay alive and be healthy and I can help you in every step of the way.Want to start your owne service business or retail store?. I have worked with people one on one for 35 years.I have seen and done a lot.In the store I worked at I was the quality control person and did the medication of fish for 170 aquariums of a full-line retail store.I was the assitant manger of 6 employees I did ordering and customer service.In my 2 retail stores,that I didnt owne at the same time,I did everything from A-Z one was a fish only store and the second was full-line store this included store layout air and filter system design.Business plan wholesale contacts and ordering and all maintance.My service business I have maintained fresh and salt water aquariums from 5 gallons to 300.Installed and serviced out door ponds of of all sizes,in many cases I designed custom filter systems for the aquariums and ponds.My fish knowledge is extensive there has never been a problem that I couldnt fix.
