I began working with abused and abandoned horses as a teenager, and spent my college years volunteering at a shelter for homeless dogs and cats. I've worked with hundreds of dogs on basic unwanted behaviors (marking, chewing, eliminating inside, etc.), and with others with more serious problems (separation anxiety, aggressiveness, excessive fear, and so on). Always remember that your first response to any abrupt changes in your pet's behavior should be a trip to the vet!
