I am a veterinarian assistant I cannot prescribe medications or treatments. I can make suggestions about them and tell you what my experience has been; or possibly offer natural remedies that maybe helpful, but ultimately it is you who has to make the final call on what you decide to use.

Please do not come to me about animals that clearly need surgery or medications to treat an illness. I am online and I am not a surgeon or vet so please seek the appropriate local care for your animals when they need it. If you have financial issues many local shelters will help you to find a vet that will assist you or will take your animal in to treat it and then you can re-adopt it. Do not allow it to suffer needlessly...look and ask for local help.

Do not contact me to report cruelties...again contact local authorities or animal shelters to do so.



When calling me about an animals health I will ask you questions and if we are dealing with reptiles I will ask you to describe how you have that animal housed in detail. This is very important because 90% of reptiles have health issues due to either poor husbandry and/or not enough water...most must be soaked in warm water AT LEAST once a week minimum for 20 minutes to maintain healthy kidney function. They absorb water through their cloaca and it is imperative. You must answer my questions before I will continue for the safety of the animal involved.
