My patented brand of remodel coaching – Remodel Therapy™ - is targeted to individual homeowners, couples, and families needing assistance to successfully start, complete, and survive their remodeling and renovation projects.
First, I carefully listen to you (or you and your spouse/partner) to effectively grasp your needs, desires and outcomes. Then I knowledgably guide you through the often precarious landscape of remodeling and renovating.
As your Remodel "Therapist" I can become an integral part of the decision-making and selection process, help you develop and maintain ‘real' project budgets and expectations, or just help to alleviate the often stressful moments remodeling can inflict on you, your partner/spouse, or your entire family.
Remodel Therapy can be used as a "quick fix" to help you or you and your spouse/partner make needed decisions, or it can be used as a complete transformative process to make the remodeling experience as painless as possible, reduce relationship tensions, and produce exceptional results.

Experience & Qualifications

I have over 15 years of experiencing helping couples and individual homeowners manage their remodeling and repair projects - projects of all shapes, sizes, and scopes.
Over the past 7 years I have developed a focussed specialty in coaching my clients successfully through their remodeling projects, which I call "Remodel Therapy."
In addition to my construction management and remodeling experience, I have 6 years experience as a property manager for homeowners associations, and am a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). As such, I understand the frustrations of homeowners from the perspective of a professional property manager, a construction manager, and as an individual homeowner myself.
