30 years old, grew up in Florida, played football from age 6 through highschool, soccer from age 12 through highschool, ran 10s in the 100 meter, spent 8 years in the military and set base record PT scores, I've been on all the diets and if you want to know what works and what doesn't just ask me. I've been on bicycles seemingly my whole life and have over 20 years experience with tuning and repairing bicycles.
