Worked as a coach, personal trainer, group exercise leader, outdoor fitness leader, and with special populations.
I have worked with a diverse clientelle: for example, a group of Vietnam veterans, teenagers, older adults, and busy professionals! I have trained competitive kickboxers and ultra-marathon runners.
I feel confident avoiding too much specialization-- my base is too large for that!
