Linda has been Personal Training for over 8 years and has a strong knowledge base in areas such as human kinetics, physiology, kineisiology, and biomechanics. Specializing in strength and weight training, she has worked with a diverse group of individuals. Among these men and women have been de-conditioned beginners, unfit beginners, intermediate level, fat loss, weight gain, athletes, post rehabilitation from injury ( for example neck or back damage from motor vehicle accidents), and health risk reduction (diabetes, hypertension, morbid obesity, osteoporosis, arthritis) to name a few. Most of all, clients are looking for tone and all around wellness finding it easy to achieve with this trainers assistance. Other specialties include Plyometrics, Sport Specific Training, Injury Recovery, Flexibility and Miss Fitness Training and Prep.
