I have been playing lacrosse for nearly 13 years, and I understand the game fully. I can help with individual play as well as team play. I specialize in defense, but am very knowledgable about the offensive side of the ball, too. I have a degree in Exercise Science which means that I have worked with athletes' strength and conditioning progams, understand most supplements, and I've had classes in kineseology, exercise physiology, and nutrition; I can help with questions on specific exercises or drills to help make a lacrosse player better. I also have a minor in coaching. I have helped coach my father's high school lacrosse team over the past 3 years, and helped coach his summer team as well. I know what it takes to become a good lacrosse player and I hope I can help you.

Recent college graduate (2009). Two time All-Conference (Centennial Conference). 3 year starter on my college lacrosse team. High school All American (2005).
