Certified by the, International Sports Science Association- I have my Masters Certification in the fields of: Personal Training, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Senior Fitness, Youth Fitness, and Strength and conditioning. I have trained over 300 personal training clients in a professional fitness facility as well as teach weekly; weight loss classes, total body tone classes, circuit training classes and youth gymnastics classes. I also counsel clients for nutrition and weight loss by helping clients to develop healthy eating habits and assist them in developing a healthier lifestyle that works for their busy lives. I was a competitive gymnast from the age of 6 through my teenage years, and developed a passion for all things fitness. I was raised in a house hold with my mother who has a Masters' Degree in Nutrition and is a lifelong yogi. She owns a yoga studio where still to this day, well into her 60’s, she teaches yoga and counsels clients for nutrition. My life has been one of healthy food habits, challenging my body in physical fitness, and creating a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Experience & Qualifications

As a trainer I am continually working with a vast array of different clients. I have worked with well over 200 men and women alike who have never set foot in a fitness facility before. These individuals have never been introduced to basic physical fitness principals or healthy eating habits. I work daily with people looking to lose weight including; diabetics, post surgery and rehabilitation clients, post partum women, aging clients, young athletes looking to build mass and loose fat weight, elderly clients, overweight youth, and the average 20 something looking to look hot in their bathing suits. In addition to working with clients whom are unfamiliar with physical fitness and nutrition, I design Fitness and Nutrition programs for the training of the United States Air Force and conditioning programs for gymnasts.
