I have 24 years of competitive rowing and sculling experience. Beginning with Dartmough College, I have belonged to 7 clubs in Philadephia, California, Seattle, and New Jersey. I have multiple national championship medals at the open and masters levels in singles and team boats. I still compete at the masters sculling level, and am currently a member of Nereid Boat Club in Rutherford, NJ. I can offer consultation on competition, rigging, equipment, training plans, on- and off-water training methods, and technique. I have also recently embarked on learning the new sport of stand-up paddling as a cross-training approach to rowing.
