I have been a competitive swimmer for 13 years. In this 13 years I have been with many coaches and been through many different theory's of swimming and swim technique. Coming from a Division 1 school with a program in the top 10 nationally I feel I can answer any question you may have involving swimming. It is a great sport with not only great health benefits but a complexity that is important to understand so you can reach your goals, whatever they may be.
