I can give you advice on teaching children or adults how to swim. I have successfully worked with children and adults of all ages to ensure safety, speed, and fun! I have helped competitive swimmers improve their times by making adjustments to their strokes. These adjustments will make their strokes more effective. I also have experience in teaching infant survival techniques.

I have been a competitive swimmer from ages 4 - 18. I began teaching swimming when I was 14 years old and continued through my college years. I began teaching swimming again in 2004. I continue to teach swimming at a beautiful health club on the east coast.
