I have travelled to over 30 countries, and have lived and worked in Malawi and Zambia, Africa as well as Canada and the USA. My suitcase almost packs itself. My seminars to groups of travellers for travel preparation have included topics like "6 Lessons I Learned Living in a Mud Hut"; "Don't forget the TP"; and "Packing a Suitcase without the Elephant". As Executive Director for an organization that sent teachers to a rural African school, I have been able to assist people who need to travel light, yet have everything they need when they get there. Often people need to build confidence that they will be able to manage another culture, and my sensitivity training about entering another culture can help you meet people of other cultures with confidence.
