I began my hospitality career on the inaugural team of the Disney Cruise Line before moving on to Walt Disney World's Disney Institute's Professional Development Programs sharing Disney's best practices and company history with executives from around the world. Later, I advised Disney Vacation Club members how to get the most out of their vacation using an annual allotment of points system. I was a Guest Services Manager at numerous Resort and Theme Park locations. Since leaving Disney, I have become an expert in varied areas of the Travel and Tourism Industry.
