Also, products liabilty, pharmeceutical liability, Harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblowing, or other employment legal issues. I have dealt directly with claimants, insureds, attorneys, and assisted in litigation. I know how to evaluate the merits of a case as well as what a reasonable settlement may be. Also experienced in mediation and arbitration and small claims court.
