Conduct global trademark clearance projects, handle domestic and international trademark and copyright filing, oppositions, cancellations and enforcement matters; Advise clients on trademark clearance, registration, opposition, licensing, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement matters; Handle due diligence work for acquisitions and divestitures, domain name issues, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) trademark recordal; Negotiate and prepare agreements.
