•Perform on-site verification of employment & home confinement
•Supervise a caseload of federal inmates and violated probationers (clients)
•Examine pre-sentence reports to develop effective program plans
•Plan, organize, direct and evaluate diverse programs and activities
•Analyze situations, select alternatives, project consequences of actions and execute sanctions
•Understand, interpret, explain and apply laws, rules, policies and regulations
•Communicate orally and in writing, to effectively present ideas, facts, recommendations, and statistical data (i.e. substance abuse screening)
•Manage all aspects of fiscal responsibilities and personnel
•Provide job development services including, but not limited to assessments, counseling, and referrals. Developed and maintained agency resources.
