She offers her expertise and experience in a variety of family situations and can serve as an Advocate, an Arbitrator, a Collaborative Attorney, a Parenting Coordinator or as Settlement Counsel. In addition, she is a frequent lecturer and trainer in the field of Collaborative Practice.
Paula was named a ‘Woman of Distinction in Law and Public Service’ by the Massachusetts Association of Women Lawyers. She served as the President of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council from 2005 to 2006, is a founding member of the Council and has been a board member since 2000; she currently serves, at the request of the President, on the Advisory Council and on the Nominating Committee.
