Duties and accomplishments are as follows:
• To provide construction contract consultancy services to organisations within or dealing with the building, civil engineering, oil & gas and petrol-chemical industries in co-operation with branch office located in Hong Kong on complex contractual and commercial matters that inevitably arise on construction projects from inception to completion and final accounts settlement, including dispute resolution by the arbitration/litigation if this becomes unavoidable.
• Case management and resolution of several building and civil engineering disputes by way of arbitration and ADR.
• Developing, promoting and conducting seminars on a regular basis for the public and for in-house personnel of contracting organisations whenever on demand on contractual matters, which are topical, and of great interest.
