I will help you find the location of regulations and statutes that will allow you to solve problems encountered when dealing with government and private agencies.
I cannot advise you as to matters that require an "appearance" before a court or administartive body in most instances.
However, some agencies do allow assistance by persons not admitted to legal practice. In those cases, I will assist you, but generally the fee for such service is set by the agency in question. I began my legal career as a reasearcher for the Louisiana Legislature and became a committee investigator for that body. I followed that job by joining the investigative and paralegal staff of the Louisiana Department of Justice. I finished my tenure with that department as the personal investigator to the Attorney General of Louisiana.

Experience & Qualifications

Twenty years of government service as well as contract work with private law firms including firms in both Texas and Louisiana.
By assignment was detailed as agency photographer and provided both investigatory and security services to department attorneys at the state prison facilities
