Negotiated labor contracts, presented arbitration cases; investigated, managed, and resolved EEOC, OSHA, and NLRB allegations, developed strategies during union organizing campaign and, with outside counsel, participated in decertification process; participated in employee counseling/discipline; instituted Statutory Compliance programs, including management training.
