A paralegal performs work "for which an attorney is ultimately responsible." All too often, paralegal services simply involve filling out forms or maybe helping you file court documents. Paralegals cannot, however, give you legal advice. If you need legal services, then why not work directly with a lawyer?
Here, I can give you answers at relatively low cost. Further, my limited scope services are designed to be a cost-effective solution if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer for your entire case, or for when you still need legal assistance with at least one crucial legal issue.
These services are referred to as "limited scope" or "unbundled." Tasks may include researching legal issues, or drafting documents or pleadings for you. Since you will probably be filing these documents yourself, it can also include coaching you for a specific event, such as going to court.

Law and justice are not always the same!
Some areas of law and procedure are very technical. You can get help to effectively handle them. Some of these include motions to compel or attack the pleadings, summary judgment motions, or preparing trial briefs. Sometimes, you may require assistance for cases where the offers or burdens of proof may be difficult, such as proving someone’s intent, a breach of the duty of care, establishing a verbal agreement, or dealing with competing claims to title of property.
For those times when you’d like to do much of the work yourself, but know you will almost certainly need extensive assistance, I can help.
