Have operated a full-time, full-service civil process office since November 1991. I am in my 11th year as the Director of our Process Serving/Constable/Deputy, Training Academy. This Academy is renowned throughout the Commonwealth as well as our Governmental Agencies as the premiere source for training in this field. I am the past President (2006 through 2008) of the Massachusetts Constables Association, Inc.. I was a participant in the Byrne Commission; a study group funded by the ten major Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the Commonwealth (Including the Massachusetts Constables Association, Inc.) as well as state and federal grants. This group worked to improve the physical plants and the curriculums of Massachusetts Police Academies to better serve the public.
