My Expert Service

I offer fast, action-oriented help to my clients. I am a fast typist who will not waste your time. An internet addiction can destroy you and those around you. Whether it is a general addiction or something specific, like porn or gambling, you can take back the power. Using cognitive/behavioral techniques, I will get to the root of the issue and help you set goals and create a realistic plan to tackle and resolve your problem. I can offer assistance with relationships, anxiety/stress, parenting, divorce, stress management, anger issues, communication, depression, grief, and more. I specialize in areas that may be uncomfortable to discuss, such as infidelity and sexuality issues (gay/lesbian/fetishes). I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which to tackle any issue.

What is Cognitive Psychology?
To put it simply, I will teach you to recognize the relationship between your thoughts and the feelings that you attach to them, both consciously and subconsciously. I will empower you to change those thoughts and also to recognize power that you hand over to other people/situations and how you can take it back.If appropriate, we will also do some insight-oriented work to give you a chance to vent and to look at how the past may be affecting the present and future.

I am a doctor of psychology and a professional life coach who can provide a roadmap to guide you through life’s confusion. I won't tell you what you should do; I will help you analyze your issue and find the answers within yourself. Humans are gifted with free will. Let me empower you to make positive changes in your life.

Important Information
There are important differences between in-person and online coaching sessions. While online work has some advantages, it also has limitations. While I follow ethical guidelines with regard to confidentiality, the online environment has its own inherent risks. Please be aware that there is no way to guarantee confidentiality when using the internet. If there is any risk that you might hurt yourself or others, please call 911 or a help line for immediate assistance.
