I contacted Mary Lee, three months ago, and over the last three months, she has helped me to come so, so far in my recovery. She is kind, caring, friendly and so very understanding and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, she's A+ all the way.

Mary Lee does not hesitate to tell you her thoughts but yet is a great listener full of insightful observations. Her thoughts are weighed with wisdom and thoughtful oberservations. Some counselors dodge questions but I don't want that as I want to know the views of the professional which is why I called. Mary Lee is outstanding and highly professional in both her work with those who call and in her concern for those she serves. Bravo!

It was another breakthrough session under the most ordinary situations as I was making a call to an expert at Live Person. Yet, Mary Lee helped me understand what the core issue was in my case and that although against my usual train of thought it was the right thing for the matter at hand. Great session. Many thanks.
