I have an outpatient private practice as a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed drug and alcohol counselor in the state of Nevada. I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work from the University of Nevada, Reno, and worked for Carson-Tahoe Regional Medical Center's Behavioral Health Services providing inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy for fourteen years. I have had my private practice since 2004 and went full time to my private practice in August, 2006 because it got so busy. I was first licensed as a drug and alcohol counselor in 1995.

Rick is extremely patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. Seems to have an innate ability to understand what a person is truly saying and point them in the direction to begin healing.
