My Expert Service
|
Your addiction doesn't have to control your life, and it doesn't have to continue to spiral downward. Let me help you take charge of your life, and put you back in the drivers seat. I am a fully licensed Psychotherapist who has over 10 years experience working with adults, youth, and families. My approach is to keep things simple and straightforward so that you can get the help that you need in a way that makes the most sense to you. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapy techniques, tailoring each interaction to fit the individual needs of the people I work with. Read over a thousand client reviews that reflect my ability to help people change their lives.
An addiction can have a crippling effect on a person's life and their mind, as well as their families and loved ones. Many times an addiction that seems hopeless can be resolved by taking a proper approach to the situation. A person can become addicted to almost anything such as:
Porn, Pornography
Gambling
Alcohol
Street Drugs (Marijuana, Cocaine, Methamphetamine...)
Prescription Drugs (Pain killers, Stimulants, Sleep Aids...)
Sex
Internet
Television
Video Games
Food
Exercise
Cigarettes
Tobacco
Work
If your life or your mind always revolves around one of these things, you may be addicted. Whether you have some concerns about yourself or are hopelessly addicted, lets talk about how to start making some changes and bring more balance to your life.
“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.” –Alan Cohen
