My Expert Service

As you are aware, smoking is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Hence, it is very important for you to quit smoking at the earliest.

Smoking a cigarette involves inhaling a complex set of elements including gases and tars. Nicotine is one of the most powerfully addictive drugs, and smoking cigarettes is directly linked with a substantially increased risk of a range of serious chronic health problems, including lung and heart disease, and cancer. Cigarette some contains nearly 5000 chemical compounds, including 60, which cause cancer.

Treating Your Smoking Addiction

Treating smoking addiction involves matching the patient to one or more types of therapy depending on the patient's motivation, the severity of their problems, and the level of support they have at home.

Counseling/Psychotherapy:

Counseling can be very effective, and may involve anything between 5 to 10 sessions and rarely more. Each session is between 30-60 minutes.

It involves helping the person to look at all aspects of their problem, and then helping them build strategies for overcoming it. The therapist-client relationship seems to be a critical ingredient for successful treatment. Counseling should be provided by a qualified Psychological Counselor.

Psychotherapy includes locating the causative factors of smoking and releasing them. It also involves changing the belief system and thinking process.

I offer result-oriented methods to quit smoking and thereby be healthy.

My Mission

To help and guide anybody and everybody (if possible) to be Peaceful, Happy, Healthy, Wealthy with lots of Love and Laughter in their Life.

Experience & Qualifications

I've spent the last 10 years (if not more) unraveling the mysteries of the mind and have come to conclusion, that almost all problems can be resolved with a mind-body approach. However, if we need a long-term solution, then we have to add a spiritual touch to our lives. In the very first year of my practice, the Special Executive Magistrates’ Society conferred on me a Gold Medal for Mental Health Care. Thereafter, I was – Honored with many more awards, Interviewed on TV channels and Covered by almost all major newspapers and magazines. I have also written quite a few books on self-development and health, which are amongst the best-sellers. In addition to the aforesaid, I write for various publications from time to time. I have given my guidance to thousands of people through my lectures, workshops, treatments/therapies, articles and books; and have received fantastic feedbacks, praises and blessings from them.
