I have twenty-six years experience in the mental health field working with individuals, couples and families dealing with everyday life problems. I worked many years as a substance abuse counselor helping people combat their addictions.
I use brief solution talking therapy which focuses on what you would like to achieve through therapy rather than on the problem(s) that caused you to seek help. Through the brief therapy approach, I want to encourage my clients to focus not on the past, but instead, focus on the present and future.
