Addiction can be a lonely and scary place and I can provide a non-judgemental, safe place for you to talk it out. If you are already in recovery and finding it difficult to accept life on life's terms, I can help as well. If you are impacted by someone else's substance use and wondering how you can help them and yourself, I can also help. Change is a process and I believe you can find your own solutions through support, understanding and objective guidance.
