I am a doctoral level therapist with considerable experience dealing with addictions. I believe that addressing addictive behavior involves not only developing strategies to cope with the addictive behavior itself, but also that it is important to deal with the feelings and issues that lie underneath. I can help with both.
Sessions may involve exploring your triggers and developing strategies to avoid or contend with these. Typically self esteem, relational, emotional, vocational, and other issues will be discussed with regard to their impact upon addictive behavior.
As a life coach and therapist, I have been helping people address their most intimate concerns and issues for over 20 years You will find that I am an attentive sounding board; someone who will listen without judgment, ask the right questions and help clarify your thoughts and needs. I will help you consider alternatives, develop realistic strategies, tackle personal and practical obstacles and generate new solutions
