i am a reality therapist that does not sugar coat anything. I feel that you have to let clients know that they are in their situation for a reason and most of the time it is just a learning process to help you be in a better situation in life. I will help you understand the importance of thinking positive and letting go of all negative things in your life. I am one of four pschotherapists in a Texas prison that was commended for solving the most intense issues with genuine compassion for their situations. I just believe that people can see through the bull*** and they want honest, non-judgemental therapy that can help them through their tough time.

Experience & Qualifications

I have four years experience working with individuals who are dually-diagnosed with HIV and substance abuse addictions. I facilitate weekly groups which deal with: psycho-educational,skills development,cognitive-behavioral,support,and interpersonal process groups.Presently, I am a staff psychotherapist at a texas prison where i am able to provide individual and group therapy to inmates with addictions and other mental illnesses. I help them cope with their illness and i provide the skills necesary for them to survive once they are released into society.
