I am an accredited Counsellor(BACP), Certified Sex Therapist (working with individuals and couples, with intimacy and sexual dysfunctions); Couple Counselor, EFT practitioner, also holding an Advance Eating Disorder Practitioner qualification . I co-founded Bulimiahope and am the author of Bulimia Self-help e-Book. Also hold MSc in Exercise & Health Behaviour, BSc in Physiology, Dip in Sports Psychology; Dip Counseling and Reiki II Healing.

I have 17 years experience in Counseling, out of which last 9 years has been spent dedicated to being an expert working with those addicted to sex, drugs, alcohol and food addictions. I work with clients referred by self ,Doctors, Dietitions, and Heath Visitors.

I recently wrote a self-help e-book aimed at Bulimic sufferers,who have a "love hate relationship" with high caloric food and find themselves addicted to Vomitting , Diuretics, Laxatives and even excessive exercising .
