As a therapist I use therapy and counseling as a pathway and opportunity for clients to experience self empowerment and wholeness. During therapy, I provide and hold a space of safety and compassion that allows each client to gain insight and awakening to their true self. All of us are seeking balance and harmony in our lives. My therapy is a self empowering directed therapy that addresses many of life's stressors ranging from dysfunctional family issues past or present, to dealing with the array of social, physical and emotional disruptions that impact quality of life.

I have been practicing as a counselor for 7 years. My specialaties include: relationship/marital/intimacy therapies, life change issues, and child/adolescent issues. My professional training has included counseling experience with children, adolescents, and adults in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. I have utilized individual, group and family therapy approaches.
The theoretical orientation that I operate by is an eclectic combination of several models. I use cognitive behavioral models as well as a client-centered approach.
