Welcome to my virtual office. I am glad to have the opportunity to provide counseling and consultation both in person and online. My work experience includes, individual, child, adolescent, couples, family and blended family counseling. If you are experiencing grief, confusion, anger, self criticism, helplessness, anxiety or any other challenging experiences...I would like to help. If you are looking for supportive interactive counseling with understanding and solutions to problems you are facing today I can provide you with effective and nonjudgemental direction. If you are depressed, conflicted, not knowing what steps to take, struggling with decisions, I will provide you with guidance toward your answers and your determination. I have many tools to share with you. Understanding your feelings and thoughts and learning how to manage them is the key to living a life free from suffering. I have over 20 years of experience...finding doorways to solutions and freedom to live more fully in the present.
I have my Social Work License and have specialized in the field of chemical dependency for 6 years. I am also a pharmacist, and I have a license to practice law. The combination of these fields gives me a unique perspective that encompasses much more than the sum of their parts!
