I have over ten years experience in the mental health field and a combination of over 20 years experience in teaching, public speaking, hypnosis, meditation and yoga. I have helped to lead and facilitate groups in woman's empowerment, depression recovery, and stress reduction. I have participated in Recovery Inc. groups and have encouraged others to begin other groups for lay people. I teach others how to help themselves to develop better coping skills though simple methods that can be used everyday. Each person is different and requires a different "prescription" to make lasting changes.
