My orientation is cognitive behavioral with an emphasis on positive psychology. I help people identify the underlying beliefs that drive their current self defeating behaviors and help them develop skills and strategies to live more successfully. By the time we become concerned about aging issues we may have spent many years living life according to assumptions, beliefs, and roles that are now outdated. Change is hard but change is sometimes necessary if we want to live the rest of our lives with the quality we deserve. Let me help you gain insight into how to make those changes.

Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (#422 NE). Certified Professional Counselor (426 NE). Certified Level II EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) clinician. My work has been in various setting including agency based mental health clinics, hospital emergency rooms, adolescent group homes, and my own private practice which includes a satelite office in a nursing home.
