I incorporate Cognitive Bahavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Interperpersonal Therapy, and and others; all under the guise of Rogerian technique; that is: warmth and caring as we work through difficulties.
I incorporate a great deal of positive therapy and many have said, that is outstanding during difficult periods.
