I care for, and love people I have 26+ yrs experience in the helping arena. My experience, too, brings you that excellent opportunity to access all
possible help and support As a therapist, I have an Eclectic approach, which is tailored for the needs and wants of each unique indidual
Having researched pertainent literature, for approximitely 25 yrs. during which time, I have lectured, as well as attended many conferences, I remain on the cutting edge to help you.
I incorporate Cognitive Bahavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Interperpersonal Therapy, and and others; all under the guise of Rogerian technique; that is: warmth and caring as we work through difficulties.
I incorporate a great deal of positive therapy and many have said, that is outstanding during difficult periods.
Whether to use these modes for a difficult current problem; a lifetime disorder; or a chat for immediate feedback; I am here to help YOU.
