I am a lifelong student of human behavior and practitioner in the mental health and counseling field. I have years of experience and training focused on anxiety, PTSD, agoraphobia and panic disorders. I teach a vast repertoire of stress relaxation techniques and encourage their use in conjunction with biofeedback monitoring. You will find that I am of moderate intellectual prowess and combined with my caring and compassionate nature, I am very effective as a psychotherapist.
As it applies to the problem-solving aspect of psychotherapy, my solution-based or brief therapeutic approach is very conducive to the internet based liveperson format because of its fast pace and focus on accelerated remedies to people's problems.
