Included in my educational and professional background is work in Stress Management. Using a total Life Style approach, you can learn the possible causes of your anxiety and stress and do tangible things to effectively deal with the hassles that are currently making your life difficult. If you are willing to honestly look at your total picture and are committed to do some work on your own behalf, we might be able to find some solutions to help you get unstuck. You have the resources within yourself to conquer your anxiety and stress. I can help.
I believe in an integrative, collaborative approach to counseling where we team up for your benefit and work through your challenges. I look forward to working with you.
