My Expert Service

I provide counseling services in a safe and comfortable environment. Establishing a trusting patient/therapist relationship is a key element in securing a successful therapeutic outcome. I have been trained in both traditional and modern forms of therapy. Using a "one size fits all" approach in counseling often produces less than satisfactory results. Though I prefer the goal oriented approaches in therapy, a treatment plan is designed that is based on the presenting problem and your unique individual needs. My clinical expertise is a result of practical "hands on" experience. In addition to maintaining a private practice, I have worked as a family therapist for a large school district and a physical rehabilitation specialist in a private hospital. I have been a consultant to major corporations where I provided workshops on stress reduction and on methods of increasing employee productivity. I have extensive clinical experience in the following areas; Depression, Anxiety, Family & Relationship Problems, Issues of Childhood, Stress Reduction and Chronic Pain.
