Whether you are experiencing a crisis or not, you deserve to be happy. Let me help you get back to that point. I am a fully licensed Psychotherapist who has over 10 years experience working with adults, youth, and families. My approach is honest and straightforward so that you can get the help that you need in a way that makes the most sense to you. I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapy techniques, tailoring each interaction to fit the individual needs of the people I work with. Read over a thousand client reviews that reflect my ability to help people change their lives.
Are you experiencing a crisis that is giving you problems in any of these areas?

Sometimes a crisis is unavoidable, and the only real thing that we have control over is how we react to it. Regardless of how tough it is, an event that occurred in your life doesn't have to control your life, and it is always possible to move forward.
“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.” –Alan Cohen
