My Expert Service
I provide counseling services in a safe and comfortable environment. Establishing a trusting patient/therapist relationship is a key factor in leading to a successful therapeutic outcome. Using a "one size fits all" approach to therapy often results in less than satisfactory results. I have been trained in both traditional and modern forms of therapy. Though I prefer a goal oriented approach in counseling, a treatment plan is designed that is based on the presenting complaint and your unique individual needs.
My clinical expertise is a result of practical "hands on" experience. In addition to maintaining a private practice, I have worked as a family therapist for a large school district and a physical rehabilitation specialist in a private hospital. I have been a consultant to major corporations providing them with workshops on stress reduction and issues regarding employee productivity. I have a great deal of clinical experience in the following areas; Depression, Anxiety, Family & Relationship Problems, Stress Reduction and Chronic Pain.
