Thank you for visiting my virtual office! I am happy to introduce myself to you. Here is my profile of what you can expect during counseling or coaching sessions with me. I would be happy to provide copies of my degrees and license to you upon request.

I am a practicing psychotherapist, college professor, and life/career coach. I work with clients who suffer from many of the following: depression, anxiety, children with behavioral problems, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, OCD, couples who are experiencing conflict or other challenges in their relationship, victims of child sexual abuse, and those experiencing grief and loss.

My therapeutic approach is usually Cognitive Behavioral and/or Client-Centered Therapy as well as Gestalt Therapy. I may include other approaches that could be beneficial to the client after an assessment of problems and examination of presenting issues.

MY MISSION… To challenge you to explore the old beliefs, the old expectations and out dated values which cause you unsuccessfulness; to awaken you to the new realities of co-created, committed relationships; to revitalize you so that you will be ready to honor your individual needs.

COACHING STYLE… Action oriented, results oriented during one on one regularly scheduled contact. I am a committed partner in your process of personal growth and change.

As a Life Coach …I have co-creative relationships with my clients to help them have the most empowering, balanced, and fulfilling life they possibly can.

As a Consultant …I work with a variety of individuals to empower them and guide them through knowledge, skills and leadership.

As a Mentor Coach …I work with other helping professionals, their children and their extended families in designing and growing their ideal businesses and lives.
