As your counselor, I'm here to listen and advise. Each relationship is very different and difficult, but once it becomes abusive the level of support and understanding you require increases. Life is tough and I will help you to move towards a better life. We partner to decrease your stess, while allowing you to develop tools to enhance your own abilities. In addition, we discuss your health. Recognizing the parts of you that create the whole package such as taking care of yourself, consuming healthy nutrients, understanding what this daily stress is doing to your body. Focusing on your biology, psychology, and social aspects of your life allows you to find the stregth to get through the day and improve your life.

I have spent the last year working as a Therapist at Kaiser Permanante. I have worked extensively with clients suffering in difficult relationships. My current private practice incorporates relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, and OCD. In addition, I have enjoyed a successful, private coaching practice for over 3 years. Previously I worked as a Vice President in a public staffing firm managing a staff of 70 employees. I then became a consultant and eventually a business coach. I have successfully led my clients to triumph over their own difficulties and improve their daily lives. We work together and become a team focused on their success at home and work.
