My Expert Service

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Nutritionist and Certified Wellness coach, I draw on my sports psychology and nutrition backgrounds, as well, and make learning about mental-physical fitness fun. I coach people on how to acknowledge their potential, realize their vision for change, and compensate for their limitations by offering evidenced-based strategies and resources for optimal lifestyle redesign, and personal transformation. I customize my approach to the uniqueness of each of my clients.

Experience & Qualifications

Over the past 25 years I have counseled and coached 1000s of clients of all types most of whom suffer from poor self-esteem, body image, lack of desire, life goals, intimacy and job satisfaction. My career started as a Communication Specialist and Movement Therapist. In the early 80's I became Marriage, Family and Child. I became a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the 90s. Later my certifications in nutrition and executive/life/wellness coaching allowed me to develop my expertises in self-image development and weight management. As successful private practitioner and consultant I began to realize that I had a flair for helping those abroad deal with traumatic events via the internet. The impact of on-line coaching and counseling on my practice has been significant. I’m an author, writing on healthy lifestyles for various on-line newsletters, and I lead lifestyle workshops for the Marriott Resort and cruise lines.
