As a Licensed Professional Counselor, school counselor,
and school administrator,I have
over twenty years of experience working with a variety of clients and issues.I counsel families,
single parents,and grandparents raising young children, pre-adolescent and adolescent children with educational,social,emotional, behavioral,personal,and family problems or issues. I also help clients with relationship issues, marriage,divorce,break up of long term relationships,infidelity,
low self-esteem,neediness,and career counseling. Together, in our counseling sessions, you will learn as how to regain control and stabilize life, cope with all the ups and downs that makes our journey in life so unpredictable. You will learn to look deep within yourself and exam your emotions,
attitudes, problems, issues, goals,and desires, and social behavior.
Through our sessions, you will learn to communicate openly, honestly, and calmly with family members, your children, co-workers, your boss, and others. You will learn to control and positively deal with the chaos and dysfunction around you and/or within you. If it is career counseling you need, we'll explore your interests, talents, and expectations and information regarding a variety of careers that may suit you.

Throughout my career, the mental health and education of children, adolescents,families, single parents, young adults and mid-life adults have been my passion.
While working as a therapist in private practice and as a school counselor and school administrator,
I have counseled with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with learning disabilities and emotional disturbance, and/or medical diagnosis of depression, Bi-Polar, ADHD, eating disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
